Delivery time can vary depending on how busy we are at the time of your order and also your location. Please allow at least 3 weeks before getting in touch about your delivery

Unfortunately we don’t send tracking information, this allows us to reduce delivery costs by using a worldwide shipment company. However, we may be able to give rough delivery estimates. Email us at kawaiicapital@outlook.com.

We can't stress enough that you need to get your order correct, once we get your order we aim to dispatch it straight away so if you enter incorrect information the order will unfortunately not make it to the desired location.

At this point we do NOT offer refunds and any point as to which the product did not arrive at your desired location will be seen as fraudulent (unless proper authentication is given from the shipping department)

A refund may be given under certain conditions but unless it meets the requirements then a refund will not be given.

If the item has a size guide, the size guide will differ per item and will be placed in the item photos or description. Please check this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for ordering the wrong size
